How do I adjust stiffness on kyb agx's on s14????

I just bought some kyb agx's for my lady's s14 and must of threw away the instructions with the box. I've already used the search button but all I got was classified ads for sale. I've also emailed kyb.com and still haven't gotten any kind of a reply. Anyways, how do you set them to how you want it? I just don't want to mess anything up.

front use a small flathead(usually 2 yellow mini ones come with agx) put in slot push in and turn to 1,2,3,4 (soft-firmest)Rear lower dial 1-8 (soft-firmest)
