I have a friend with a 1991 TT and I am trying to get him to install the '99 wing, front end, and hood. How difficult is this? How would we relocate the latch for the longer hood? Thanks.

Sounds interesting. Where are you getting the parts from?

Not sure If I've ever seen the JDM front end. You got any pics?

um...I think he means this one?

regardless, does the 99 really have a longer hood? I thought the front bumper was just a direct replacement o.O

i have never heard of a different jdm hood. the jdm front fascia is a direct bolt on and the fitment is perfect, unless you already have damage to your z.

looks like the same hood.

That front fascia is the best looking one ever! It's clean and smooth. I'm tired of the Stillen one and the Veilside is too over the top.

I agree, that front end is very nice.
