We spent it adding three rows of beans to our little garden.

We started with 6 tomato plants last weekend, then added some yellow squash, zuccini, and cucs yesterday.

Today we added three rows of beans. Neighbor had a sod cutter, so clearing the grass was ez. But, we don't have a tiller, so we dug the rows with a shovel adding peat moss, top soil and compost to our lovely red clay......WE ARE BEAT and sunburnt!!!! Pizza and BEERS tonight.....

And we continue to toy with the idea of selling the wifie's sedan and cobra and replaceing with a coupe....

Very nice mini-farm you have there.

I spent mine consuming very large quanities of alchohol/ribs/burgers/hotdogs etc. I'm also proud to say that after 3 days of playing, I drove home the Memorial Day Weekend Beer Pong Champion! I don't remember much of it, but I'm told I played very well, lol.

Hey SVTCOBRA your garden looks great!! Your tomato plants are looking better than mine. We worked all weekend on our landscaping....put down 37 bags of mulch and cleaned the gutters. Washed the cars too.

Oh man keep your Cobra and G35 sedan....I would love to have a rag top Cobra....that exhaust video you posted on another thread sounds awesome too!!! Love that V8 sound!!!

I'll post pics as soon as my Tomato's are growing strong, but I have a few of these:https://www.hangingtomato.com/?cid=474346

I know it seems strange, but I've never had better or more tomatos before.

God bless your heart. I have had my fair share of being a referree in family arguments---it gets my stress level up pretty quickly. It is worse than a poltical campaign. I dread being the referree---for whatever reason ia m always drawn into it.

Nice farm! Are you trying to go back to the American Frontiers days of living? Beleive me, except for my G-35 Coupe (prefer it to horse and mules), there are tons of things i hate about the 21st century---first thing is cellular phones and the next is tree hugging. I feel entrapped in this age and century.

Yeah, it lived up to the hype. My wife even liked it and she is not much for comic/superhero movies.

I spent it fixing my f up on my G from Sunday. It actually looks like I may be okay. But I spent it eating grilled food, drinking beer, playing cards (lost $30, which is unusual because I usually don't lose, but we were playing dealer's choice, I'm just good at Hold 'Em), and watching the Wings demolish the Pens again and the Pistons win again at my boss's house. Good sports night for Detroit, minus the Tigers, we won't talk about that game.

I like the low growl it has while just cruising. It has also increased my mpg by at least 1 mpg.It seems to downshift more agressively....or at least now I'm noticing it more cause I can hear it. So, I give it

I also was thinking it increased my MPG because i never would have gotten close to 30 mpg on the highway with that big restricter!

Glad you like it!

Nice "Maters" Cobra! Good looking garden... I kind of wish that I could grow some stuff out here... I think the only thing that would survive this heat and soil is cactus and pot! You don't want to mix those two up... you'll end up getting thorns in your Doobies!

My weekend:

Saturday: Get up around 10am... work in the yard 'til about 3pm... Crack a beer and repeat about 11 times until I'm sleepy

Sunday: Get up around 7am... cook breakfast for the little lady and prepare for grilling and racing all day... Friends show up around 11am for the festivities... grill out... crack a beer... repeat 22 TIMES! Stumble to bed and mutter "I nub Ewe" to the wife... pass out.

Monday: Nurse the hangover... eat greasy food to soak up the booze... lay on the couch for a bit... clean the hottub... crack a beer... repeat 6 times... Eat dinner... crash out early...

Good times! Hope you all had a safe holiday weekend!

Dave

^ 22 Times!!! I guess I'm getting old!!!

Most I ever did was a case of beer per day, but I was on a fishing trip in Alabama.....YEARS ago!! And, we started just before lunch on the lake and ended up catfishing from the dock til the wee hours.
