I have this turbo and i am stumped on how to mount a downpipe. This one doesnt have a flange to bolt an ordinary downpipe to. I hope you guys have some suggestions on what i can do.

i believe thats a v-band setup, they are not that uncommon on larger turbos... all you need is the v-band flange on a dp and the v-band and your good to go...

and is that a ssac manifold? if so i would suggest seperating the runners and putting a flex section in your dp unless you want that thing to crack...

you'll need the clamp and a flange for the downpipe. There are links to HKS's Vband parts (come in a few different sizes). I'd definitely do some shopping around though those HKS parts seem kind of high priced to me.

get a picture of it at more of an angle so i can see the mounting surface more clearly, most of my 70s are Vband 3" , but this looks like a funk HKS proprietary setup we used on one of our 7mgte powered supras.

had to have the proper flange for the downpipe and then the clamping unit. if its just a regular Vband then i have a few 3" Vband flanges and clamps left.

I have seen a vband set up before but this looks different to me. Here are more pics you guys wanted. Yes that is a SS autochome manifold. I am just using as a template because my uncle owns a machine shop and he is going to make me one that is stronger. Thanks for all the help, you guys rock.
