How can you tell if it's the original motor? Chance on a gutted shell...

I want it only for the 90k ka24de thats sitting in it. No transmission though... everything else picked through from what I can tell however cluster ecu and everything in the engine is intact.

I want to know is there a stamp or something I can check to confirm its the original motor?

I'm guessing there's no way to start it up easily...

Is the car clean title? Make sure the VIN # matches of all exterior body parts. Does the car seem like it has 90K miles on it?
