How can u tell u have bad FPCU?

I put in a use fuel pump still did not work. I tested both fuel pumps by hot wiring it and they both work and tested both relays. I have no clue. My engine will crank but not start.

If you run an alligator wire from the ground on the connector to a metal part of the chassis and the fuel pump works, then the FPCU is bad.
