How can i time my KA24E?

I just got 240sx acouple weeks ago... its running on 2 cylninders with the remaining 2 w/ low compression... the only thing i can think of is timing.... how are u supposed adjust the chain? what are you supposed to have line up etc....

Disconnect tpsadjust idle to about 700rpmhook up timing lightpoint to crank pulleyadjust distributor until you're at 15 degrees (second to last mark).reconnect tpshave a beer

i guess i shoulda been more specific i need to time the chain.... i think its 180 off but i dont think it would run at all if it is... any one know how to time the chain?

put your engine at TDC, pull distributor, realign distributor, install very carefully the dist into the engine. Check timing like previous post. Have a 6 pack.
