How can I make VCD's?

What program can I download to make VCD's? I have tried several times to install roxio platinum and it just wont work. What other programs can I try that can make vcd's? Thanks.

you can get CDSpace from download.com its pretty much straight out forward... download, install, when its installed, run it, go to Tools, add drives, you can add as many as you can, each drive will act like 1 cd-rom, put 1 cd into ur real cd-rom, and make image, after you have the image, you can add the image to any of the drive and it will be able to run that cd without the actually cd being in the real drive...

Some files need to be convered prior to vcd burning. I used TMPGenc successully in the past.. It takes some time, sometimes, but it worked great, and is free.

Once you have your converted files, burn them in roxio if you wish, as I did.

I like nero to burn a VCD. I like EOvideo to convert my files. anything not MPEG and in the correct resolution/framerate will need to be converted.

how can you make the files small enough to fit on one disk, i tried but every movie i *cough* find is too large!
