how can i get this bolt out..

its one of the two bolts that hold the lower part of the front control arm to the frame(passenger side)...the ones right above where the sway bar passes under....i dont got no pic but its completely broke and stuck...like the nut and the rest of the bolt broke off and now its like rusted itself in place....I never even noticed

that's kinda frightening that a suspension related bolt has been snapped.

As far as getting it out, i've had great results with CRC Freeze-off for getting rusted bolts out. I'd soak it in that, then try the ez-out on it.

If you have access to a welder, the other thing would be to weld something onto the exposed end of the bolt to get a better grip on it to torque it out.

Umm... use a hammer and punch on the broken side?

If you have access to an oxy-acetylene welding, torch it & punch out that bolt. If not, soaked it w/ WD40 & punch it out or use a portable air hammer tool.

An Easy Out would be your best bet, punch the bolt directly in the center then proceed to drill the bolt with a small bit right where you center punched it, then step drill it until your easy out can get a bite into it, then slowly turn the sucker out.
