How can I display all my phone contacts

from a bluetooth like it does when playing music from a USB.

I have to scroll one by one to get at the end of the contact list. Is there a way to display or fill the display with contacts and then scroll down.

I get into the phonebook menu and I get only 2 options:

-a Name and List Names. Transfer Entry and Delete entry do not appear on the menu

My owner manual tells me I should have 4 options but lists only 2. Is there a way to check the firmware of the Bluetooth or the software version they used.
