If you do a search, there may be instructions with pictures.

It's actually quite easy. You will remove dash piece(s) surrounding the glovebox door. You will drop the glovebox door down (disconnect the hinge pins at the bottom that hold it in). The filter is clearly visible, held in with a couple clips (like the ones on the air filter box in the engine compartment). It is a two piece filter that combines to fill the slot in the blower duct. Take your time, don't be in a rush, and it will be easy as pie.

The filter(s) are not available in an auto store (AutoZone, et al), so the best place is at a Nissan dealer (to get one quickly) or online somewhere (cheaply).

They get really disgusting, so don't be surprised at it's condition when you remove it (just doin' it's job!).

Good Luck!

Don't pay more than $30 for the filter (2 filters in 1 bag) at a dealer. Some dealers were quoting me $60+ for the filter, i found a dealer who was cool and i got it for $25 I also see them on ebay for $25 shipped. They are not OEM but i have one on my desk right now and it looks like the same thing as stock, just different packaging. (in an unmarked box and no nissan sticker)
