I have been wanting to get my car painted for a while bacause its baby blue and im just not man enough for it. Well.. i found the perfect excuse. A shop that is about 30 minutes from me is selling an r32 front end for $600. Im going to go pick it up saturday and put it on after i spray it flat black. Ill get pictures up that night hopefully bu i want your honest opinions, flame if you want. Do you think it will look good? If it turns out good, i may eventualy put in the r32 tails to make it look like an r32 convertible but im not all about the changing stuff unless it looks clean.

aside from the flat black, that should be pretty hot. It'll take a lot of fabrication to get it to fit.

Well the guys at Jarco said that they had no body work experience but were pretty good with tools and it took them half a day. Other than fabbing up headlight brackets and maybe redrilling some holes for the fenders and bumper to mount, its "pretty much bolt up". But how many times has that been all but the truth. I have the money so im going to buy it and pick it up and mount it all tommarow and ill get some pics up for you guys.

And the flat black... only option until i have money for the widebody rear fenders and the 350z silver paint job

Go to Jarco and look at thier S13 with that frontend and let us know what you think.

Well im about to buy it right now. I saw the pics of theirs and it looked alright but i think it would look amazing on a coupe... even better on the vert . I would be the only one in the world...

Well i bought it and one of my friends is going to get it in a couple of hours so we can hopefully get it fitted up tonight. Anyone have any ideas on where to get aftermarket parts in the US like bumpers, lights, hoods and so on?

Lol, i have it on and its amazing. The fenders lined up alright but they stick out a little bit from the doors. The front bumper and head lights look amazing. Ill get pics up tommarow night.

Ill get some pictures up tonight hopefully but I have a very serious problem. One of my turn signals fell out because the piece to hold it on broke and its somewhere between mine and my friends house. Im pissed. But ill let yall see it tonight .

Lol didnt get the pics taken but i did find that turn signal. I lost it as i was coming around the bend of my front yard and my friend found it I was soo excited. Lol anyways i PROMISE i will get those pics for you guys tonight.

Lol no ****. Yeah its parked there right now... it will be there tommarow.. and guess what... every day until i quit this job. Where exactly do you live? If you go by today, check out the front end, the turn signal isnt back in yet but you can give these guys and idea of how it looks.

Side Note: Im going to repaint it and do the fenders better, that was just test fitting

Yeah i didnt think the pics would come out that bad. I need another paycheck to get some stuff to finish it up. Atm, the front left tire scrubs under hard breaking so im gonna have to redrill some holes to mount the fenders better.

Another thing, doesnt your motor make a weird squeel at 5500 rpms? Mine does it now at 3300... makes me not want to get on it because i hate the noise and i dont know what it is...

No i fixed that...the only thing mine does right now is stumble at idle, has a small oil leak from around the pan, the turbo leaks a bit and makes the car smoke intermittently. oh ya the wastegate gasket is more like half of a gasket...****er's only boosting 2-3 pounds right now cuz it wont even build up manifold pressure. that's getting fixed on saturday tho. Living in an apt sucks...no more garage.

party at brian's tonight? might have to hit that up im stayin in kennesaw anyways.

You should come hang out with us from 7~10 to show that boy what a real car is . How did you fix the squeel? If its the timing chain tensioner i will be alright, your gonna have to hear it tonight.
