how big can i go?

i am looking into purchasing a new set of wheels for my 90 2+2 tt i have decided on 18" wheels and am trying to put the widest tires on the rear i can. wondering if anyone knows how wide i can go and what the offset would have to be to accomidate that size

without rolling the quarter panels I have seen 10" wide rims with 285's

that's what i thought, what offset should i look for on them and what about the fronts?

i did some searching arround and called a few places finding that that the offset for the rear wheels has to be 40 mm +or- 3 mm when going with 18x10's as for the front's 18x8.5 is the biggest one might go withought body mod's. offset on them would have to be 37mm +or- 3 mm hope this helps someone else

I run ADR's 8.5 front and 9.5 rear240x40-18 front245x45x18 rearsub frame bushings etc
