So I just got my 240 together and had it sitting in my friends driveway where we did all the work (all body work) and my damn friend starts the car, which isnt bad except that I hadnt put the fan shroud in and when it started a few wires got wrapped around the fan and the engine stopped. After removing all the wires from the fan the car will not start, the engine will crank but not turn over. Any idea on what happened?

you probably ripped a wire out of where it belongs, perhaps an ignition wire or something like that.

check to see that all wires are firmly connected where they belong

Damn, I cant find anything, the only hose that came undone was connected to the carbon canister, I put that back and still nothing. I also removed the valve cover to see if the timing chain was screwed, it was mint (first time I took the cover off to look). I checked the fuses, fine. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Re-Check all of your wires at the plugs. Alos you could have actually damaged a wire. You need to do wire continuity tests.
