how bad is my rust?

i uncovered this a few weeks ago, dont really know how bad it is? i havent been able to show a panel beater cause my car doesnt drive.

definately repairable right?

Id say bad enough to break out a grinder, welder, and sheet metal cuz its not gonna get any better.

Cut out the edges of that whole piece.Wire brush the edges...Use the old piece as a template and make a new piece.Wire brush it and clean it well. Prime it, paint it.

But, seriously not that bad. Buy this part# and then cut out the old one, and then weld in the new one. Part# 66325-70F00.
