Hello,

My brakes start grabbing about an inch down(pedal), thats about a 1 second delay. Can someone tell what is wrong, my front brake have 15000 miles on it. Rear 37000 on it.

I'd take it to a dealer or a brake shop...but if you're not hearing the pad squeal, you're probably OK.

How are you calculating that this is a delay? Or are you stating that you have a delay between where you brakes come on and when you felt the pedal pressure?

If you're doing it yourself, I'd check your pads to see how worn they are, if they're not, your brakes need to be bled, IMO.
