How bad did I screw up the alignment?

I jacked up the car and placed the jack stand on the rod section of the STAY ASSY-COMPRESSION ROD,LH part number 544C5-AL501

As I started to drop the car on to the jack, I saw the the rod wass being bent and quickly stopped the full drop.

well, if its bent you most likely will need to replace it

Why didn't you follow the vehicle lifting instructions in your owners manual and the FSM?
