I got an 08 sedan and i am putting my sub box in from my old car. I was worried at first that it wouldnt fit, apperently i cant use a tape measure and my box fit just fine with room to spare, i dunno what i was doing when i was measuring. None the less i am happy, i dont have to build a new custom box again (current one has an angled back).

So my question is how are you guys affixing your cases to your car. I know some people like to lL-Bracket them down, not an option for me since i want to be able to easily remove the case in order to use the fold down seats, some like to leave it freeeform, helll no, aint going like that. The car is a lease, i am 100% positive i am buying it off lease since economically it makes sense at this point, i am trying to be as least evasive as possible.

My old method in my i30 was using brackets on the case, lil hooks like u find on shed locks, the part that the lock fits into, i have 4 on the case, two on each side and then i loop steel cable through them and put them to a turnbuckle and the turnbuckle to s hooks so that i can tighten and untighten the turnbuckles as needed if i need to remove the case. any idears?

I need make my baby BOOMMMMMMMMM

my box fits really snug so i didnt bolt it down or anything and its fine.if u dont want to bolt it down you could always look at something like industrial velcro
