i was thinking about this for the last couple weeks... we could prolly be the first car group forum with rc cars. i think it would be a good idea to start up this to give us something to do at the meets instead of just walking and talking about cars. how bout we drift sum around the parking lot or something.??? ive been on and off about getting one but i was bored at work and decided to look back into it. i know some of you prolly already have rc cars but what about making an official nico rc drift.? this idea came up since we started meeting up online with forza and having meets so why not this? i should be getting one in the next couple of weeks.

tell me what you guys think.

thanks for the time

lol I live too far away from anyone to have a meet, but I can say that rc drift is fun. I have a little rx-7 drift car and it's a blast.

here is a link to the company's overview of the car- http://www.hpiracing.com/kitinfo/10702/

here is a link to buy it- http://www3.towerhobbies.com/c...&P=ML

It is a very basic first-timers drift car. I have done anything to it or spent extra money one parts. I bought it simply because I wanted to see if I would like drifting, then later on I would buy a nice one.

It costs about $180 and comes with everything you need to run. Battery, charger, motor...etc.

It's very easy to drift with this car, although I would recommend upgrading the motor and battery since it is a beginners car and wasn't made for high speed drifts, but still fun to drive.

either way, It would be really fun with a lot of ppl.
