Seriously, the SR guys have one- shouldnt we have one too??

Possible questions that I have for FAQ (can be answered here or in a real faq)

1. How about a staging system for KA-Ts... start with building up the fuel system, checking the engine to make sure it's healthy, etc- then turbo, building the turbo, etc etc....

2. What people can expect from adding a turbo.. (HP/Torque gains, fuel economy, maintanance, etc)

3. Places to get turbos? Kits? Any necessary parts?

4. Info on choosing different sizes/types of turbos

5. KA-T vs. SR (oops!)

6. Projected costs (labor + parts)

Yeah the list goes on.... sorry I've got more questions than answers, but really-- lets get it all organized, huh?

i have most of that stuff on my website. im in the middle of getting a KA24E-t together. Im trying to get mine done fairly low cost. im not buying $200 gauges or all stainless stuff but just trying to get going at 7psi with what i need. http://www.geocities.com/prluv516/VuDuDoCs240.htmlif you care to check it out...

Hey vududoc... I am building my KA-e too. target at 10psi with lowest cost possible.

I got my manifold from JGStools. Where yours from ?

We can make good friends ;)

On my way ordering S-FMU, S-AFC, fuel pressure gauge, boost gauge, mandrel bend and etc... I want to built in right at the first time, and very very low cost.

Gyfer, I have that same goal!Except I'm gonna bootleg my manifold a bit by combining a header and another cars turbo flange (whichever I get the turbo from). Or make one from scratch.
