Houston Shops - Throttle Body repair

Need my throttle body replaced on my 2006 G35 coupe. Anyone know a good shop in town? Got one est for $950 today which seems very high

That does seem high...a dealer might be cheaper if you bring the part.

you just talking about the trottle butterfly? its removal of intake(super easy) and four screws (one a little bit of a pain to get to) and a couple of hoses and electrical harnesses. id consider this a 5/10 in difficulty as a "do it your self" job.

check out the FSM for your car on this site before you pay anything close to that what you are quoted, assuming its just the throttle butterfly you talking about.
