I installed hotshot headers today on my 95 se, the check engine light came on... the headersare the newest generation ones with holes for both o2 sensors. I couldn't get the egr vavle tightened all the way... could this be the reason or is it simply because there's no cat. I searched the message boards and it sounds like it's the cat and i will have to move the 2nd o2 sensor back, but i was wondering if a loose egr connection could be the cause.

Maybe that helps? And I hope you tryed resetting your computer? Disconnect both battery cables and leave it sit dead for about 10 min.
