Hey all,

I've spend the last 2 months wondering if this problem is for real, or if I am just imagining it sometimes, and I've decided it's legit, so I'm wondering if anyone else has run into it:

The seat gets very warm, just like when the seat warmer is on, but for no reason. In other words, I didn't bump the switch on accidentally, the seat warmer light isn't on, etc. It's get's warm kind of randomly, for 20-30 minutes, then goes away.

Has anybody heard of this, or am I just going crazy?

Have you been poking around inside your center console? Its possible your wires or switches are damaged and your seats are actually turning on randomly. You could always grab a volt meter and check the wire harness under the seat when it feels warm. If you get a constant spike and the buttons are off, you have an issue.

Also, maybe you just have a hot arse? If so, good for you.

Hot flashes maybe?

Actually, if its a persistent problem try and observe when it occurs most. If it is reproducable, you can try and take it into the dealer, especially if its still under warranty. Otherwise, get the wiring diagram and test it when you think you feel it occurring and confirm if the warmers are on regardless of what the light on the switch tells you.
