Latey I've noticed that my brakes seem a little hotter than usual when I get out of the car. Its mainly the rear brakes, the left rear in particular. I have been doing a lot of heel toe downshifting lately but how could that make the brakes work any harder? I dont think the pads are dragging on the rotors either, because it doesnt feel like theres any more drag than usual when I let off the gas. I dont think its a major problem but just wondering what it might be.

Depends on the mileage. I had a few 240 where I had to change the rear calipers because the calipers would hang up once in a while. Also have you tightened the ebrake to tight lately. Nick

a pretty unscientific way to test the brakes it to try pushing the car in neutral, or let it roll, you should be able to tell if you are having to push hard to overcome sticking or something.
