Hot air only, no cool air on S14

This is for a 95 S14, whatever if I choose hot or cold, it's always hot air that comes out from the vents, which might be very unconfortable during summe days. The car has AC, but it doesn't work. Would anyone know what can cause this to only blow hot air, is it a busted relay?

Step 1. Search for FSM and download it for free.

Step 2. Go to page HA-22 for symptom chart.

Then, follow the flow chart on HA-25.

Thanks. From the diagnistic, it said:Malfunctioning temperature control operation (air mix door position improperly adjusted).From HA-32, it seems that something's messed up with the air mix door, no allowing any cool air in, perhaps the motor for the air mix door is dead.
