Hot air from center console

I just got my car converted from Auto to Manual yesterday and im still kinda getting used to the new sounds and things. Anyway, I was driving to work today and after awhile i noticed hot air coming out from my center console. I have that coin holder pulled out of my S13 and it was coming out of there.Is this normal?whats going on?and can i fix it?

Oh and b4 someone says its the A/C i had it on too and it was blowing cold air from the vents, so thats not it.

Sounds like you didnt put all the shift boots in, especially the big rubber heat insulation one.
