What kind of routing of vacuum lines/oil lines/fuel lines is required for a turbo setup? This is for an externally gated setup with aftermarket fuel rail.

I know you have an oil line from oil sender to turbo and then drains to the oil pan.

I believe the only vacuum lines are for the the wastegate, where do they go to/from? Do you need to connect any of them to the intercooler piping?

BOV is vented to the atmosphere, will this be okay using a Greddy BOV and JWT tune?

Fuel lines, to upgrade to UH rail and MSD 50# injectors, will I need new fuel lines? Or will the only fuel parts I will be changing be the pump, rail and injectors?

Intake lines: There are three just before the TB on a stock car. One goes to the valve cover and I would assume is for oil vapors. I will vent this one to the air with a small filter. The other looks like a resonator, this will be completely removed. Does the third line need to be plumbed into the intercooler piping before the TB?

Thanks for the help, I am almost ready to install everything, just trying to get all the small stuff out of the way so I don't get stuck halfway through the install. :)

And are there any other small lines and plumbing things I am forgetting?

You can use the signal from the manifold, any point along the piping, ot at the compressor outlet for a wastegate signal. The closer the signal is to the compresor, the quicker the wastegate will respond. A signal that is farther away will allow some slight boost spiking but turbo response will feel better as the wastegate will begin to open later.

Running an open atmo BOV may cause stalling problems, even with a JWT ECU.

Intake Lines: the one from the valve cover can be left open with a filter, but expect that you might get oil residu building up around the opening. Turbos will promote a higher blow-by causing more oil out of this vent. You can route this back in front of the turbo or into a catch can or both. Resonator? what year is your car and where is it located? The hose that comes from your Idle air controller will need to be plumbed into a pressurized portion of the intake pipe otherwise boost will leak out of it backwards.

Not sure about the UH fuel rail.
