I just ordered my intercooler piping (2.5 all the way around). But now I need to order the silicone hoses and I need to know the sizes for compressor intake, compressor outlet, and the throttle body to figure out what reducers I need.

The car is a 1995 S14

the turbo is a Garrett t3/t04e 50 trim/.63 ar (cheapturbos)

thanks

From the top of my head... my T3/TO4E has a 3" compressor inlet and 2 1/4" compressor outlet. And yes the TB (in my 93) is about 3".

Actually, the TB is 2.73 inches :) 2.75 inch silicone couplers makes for a snug, secure fit. The inlet on the turbo will either be 2.75 or 3 inches, with the best chance ofit being 3. The outlet I think is 2 1/4 as well.

yah, I don't know how you guys are getting 3" for the TB. It's definitely 2.73" like nathan said. I just plumbed my intercooler, 2" hot, 2.5" cold. The inlet on my T3 super 60B is 2.5", outlet is 2".

The t3 t04e I'm sure has a 2.75" inlet, but I thought 2" as an outlet was a VERY standard size for turbos...

In case you were wondering where to get some:

http://www.turbohoses.com

http://www.bakerprecision.com (although they're not too good on their customer service--didn't even bother telling me an item was back ordered till 5 days after I ordered it)

http://www.pegasusautoracing.com

The silicone hose they sell is of VERY high quality and is better (more ply, better construction) than the stuff from turbohoses.com.

For just straight couplers, turbohoses is the cheapest. For 90 or 45 degree elbows, pegasus is the cheapest and best, and the elbows have long legs (4"), so you can use some you cut as couplers other places.

yeah I have a 3" connector and I slipped it on the TB and it was no where close, so I measured it, mine looks closer to 2.6, I was actually thinking a 2.5" connector would work.
