I am looking for the strongest hose clamps I can use on my coolent lines.

Cost is not a factor when a loose hose can cost me my engine.

you can buy the most expensive stuff, but a hose clamp is only as strong as you tighten it.

I just don't want these suckers to work their ways off.

Plus I would like some of the wide ones I see in the magazines.

Any ideas?

T-Bolt Clamps are about the best out there. But is probably overkill for a cooling system. They cost more than regular clamps, but not so much that the cost is overkill...unless you need a lot of clamps.

Just get generic hose clamps from an autoparts store, they'll work fine. Tighten them good but don't overtighten! You wouldn't believe how easy it is to crack a radiator inlet, they're only plastic.

any style clamp will work just fine unless you got like 200 psi pressure your system. which would probly blow the radiator before the clamp slides off, and if a hose ever comes off its because of a) the hose was old and cracked or b) your clamp wasn't properly tightened. And also losing a radiator hose will not blow up your engine if you see collant gushing out: pull over turn it off!!!! no harm done. unless your stupid and decide to drive home with no coolant your engine will not blow.

Nice that is what I like. Ask a question and get an answer. Not oh you don't need it.

I was looking for the large solid units that are like on the greddy hoses and the such.

That does look like overkill but maybe they have something smaller.

I heard earls makes some good clamps.
