I live in raleigh NC were my 91 240sx doesnt need to be tested for emmisions just has to have a safety inspection. I am in the process of putting on a turbo kit and took off some emmisions components while installing the kit. from what I have been reading online in Upstate New York there is a different test for OBD1 cars that are in the city. can someone clarify what is invloved with inspecting a car in upstate NY? Do i have anything to worry about getting it registered?
