Hey guys,

For a while I've been hearing a pretty awful wind noise coming from the bottom right corner of the windshield. I'm not sure what it is. It starts around 120km/h (70mph) and is absolutely awful unless you crank up the radio. The bottom line is, I didn't buy a versa, this car shouldn't sound like this out of the factory. Anyone know what this is or how to fix it? I've brought it to the dealership and they can't figure it out.

I might have an idea, just trying to confirm first.
Do you have sunroof? Have you ever noticed any water on the passenger side floor after a hard rain?

I noticed the same thing with my car but nothing turning up the radio can't fix :P

I am curious what's causing it though, i do have the sunroof maybe weather stripping up there?

One of the sunroof drainage hose runs down to the passenger firewall and into the engine compartment, right behind the glove box, behind the carpet. If the hose is disconnected, you can probably hear the wind blowing through the opening from the engine bay and into the passenger side.

Noticed it on the test drive and had the dealership look at it on my first oil change. The spent about 3 hours adjusting the front wind deflector that pops up when you open it, they said it was sitting crooked. They also cleaned around the seal. Made a night and day difference.
