So i was gettin out of my car yesterday and my large coffee spills ALL OVER the passenger side seat. Like open top gushing out the entire damn thing went right onto my seat and floor.

I got up as much as i could as quickly as i could but it was seeping through the back of the seat it was so bad.

It has been 24hrs since it happened and I really need to clean it now (I didnt have time to deal with it when it happened. I need to get the seat out of the car but i have a feeling this is WAY more complicated than it sounds.

ANY Suggestions on how I might clean this?? It is an ABOLUSTE mess . . . ALL throughout my seats etc.

I have leather and heated seats too =(

zymol cleaner, then conditioner!

Dont worry man, its better to have it happen on leather than on fabric IMO... Fabric will leave a stain, and unless you have a creme interior, that will go away in NO TIME!

you can always bring it to a professional detailer and get them to clean it up for you. it'll cost a lot more but atleast you'll know it's going to be clean

Lol totally off topic, but does that Sham-wow stuff actually work as well as it claims... I just use it to dry my car... that's about it, I don't know about absorbing coffee or coca cola up from carpet like they showed... haha

you could always just get a regular chamois (shammy) imo its the same excat thing. but yeah it truly is the best way to dry your car, pretty much scratch free and absorbs a lot of water.

sorry to hear about the seats, does you car smell like coffee now?

I remember I was at a show in Corona and I let a couple of my friends finish up their brew in my car, and in the middle of them passing it back in forth they spilt like 1/4 of the 40 on my driver seat. I got pissed cause my car smelt like beer for the rest of the night.

Luckily I carry cleaners with me all the time so it didn't stain or smell for too long.

Seriously, I've heard it's nothing special, just a chamois. Plus, it's claims are a little out there. If you look at the commercial, nothing is real time. Gives them enough time to sop up the mess and slap a sham wow on top of what used to be the mess.
