Horrible idle..

Okay, this was different but I'm still having horrible idle, so I'm reusing this thread.

This time, brand new alternator, spark plugs and wires..

Idle is around 400-500. If I rev it up, when the idle drops back down everything dims alot, and It will like drop down to 0, but stay running, cause it will jump back up to like 400 again. If I actually drive it, it just dies everytime I let off the gas. If i start it up with the lights on, they dim quite a bit, along with everything else.

The battery and brake lights in my dash are on. The battery one is just dim, but the brake light one is fully on and wont go away. This all started when my alternater went out, but now with a new one, the problem persists. THe lights being on also make it squeal and die easier.
