When I start the car, after letting it properly warm up and rev it, there is this tiny chirp at high RPM's. but as the day continues the chirp evolves into a horridly loud squeal when revved with no load on the engine. Upon further inspection, the power steering belt was off its track a bit, so i put it back on but doing so didn't solve the issue. I think it might be an idler pulley but any points in the right direction are appreciated. Thanks.

Best suggestion I could make would be to double check that tension on the belt is still within spec.

This happened on my NA. I changed the belts 4 times. Turns out one of my pulleys were out of line. Free spin the pulleys with the belt off and watch to see any asymmetric movements while rotating

I recently did a radiator change and had o remove the fan to get the shroud out, in doing do the one of the fan pulley studs came out and i had to put it back in. I think this might have caused the pulley to become misaligned but there is no visible shaking or wobbling.
