Hello,
The title says it all. No sound from the horn when I try to beep from the steering wheel, but if I make the alarm go off, the horn sounds. The fuse is ok and I replaced the horn relay, didn't make a difference. I'm hoping for suggestions on what to look at next, thanks!

Yes, maybe clock spring- But, just now I did a test drive to try cruise control, which I never use so I didn't think of that before. It works, so would that rule out clock spring, assuming cruise control signal goes through that too?

I would think it is the clock spring or possibly a defective horn contact in the pad (airbag).
There are several wires in the clock spring.
Maybe 2 for the cruise, 2 for the other various controls and 1 for the horn.
If only the wire for the horn is damaged, then the other wires will work normally.
If you are careful and know which wire is for the horn, you could check for continuity.

NOTE: I changed one on my daughter's car last Summer. Not a big deal.

I'm gonna pull a clock spring from the junkyard on Saturday, but if anyone has additional ideas I'd appreciate it, and thanks!

I am not sure I would get one form the junkyard.
I got mine from a Nissan parts online.

Junkyard re-organized and only had one nissan rogue, which was picked clean including the clock spring. I ordered a new one online and will update when installed.
