horn wont stop when i connect the battery...what gives?

i have a 98 240sx le 5spd, ka engine, and the car has been sitting up for about two months now, the battery was dead so i replaced it, but when i connect it, the horn starts blowing and wont stop, i took the horn fuse out and the car starts and seems to run fine, but the gauge cluster doesnt work, doesnt light up or anything, the sunroof wont open and tailights dont turn on, but the headlights do, is this a nissan security thing? what can i do? thanks in advance guys, im finnally going to fix my s14.

my horn was stuck on the "pressed" position.. maybe thats your problem? but i have a s13 so i can just rip out the front w.o having the airbags blow up in my face..

i doubt its that tho, because last time i cranked the car, the horn wasnt stuck, besides, none of the gauge cluster lights work, so i dont know if its something that has to be reprogrammed at nissan or what, anyone have a clue?

did the cluster stop working before or after you pulled the fuse?
