Horn + Wheel problems!

Ok, here goes.

Here's the actual car.

Here's the first picture. It's all the stuff where the hood latch lever is. That thing to the right looks to me like a air bag sensor because I pretty much have the same thing on the top right and left of my engine bay near my fenders. But.. it does have that dust boot on the wire and under that is sort of a female spade connector, but not so much spade shaped.

The next thing... This, I believe is the connector for the horn. Large female molex with 3 wires going to it. 1 is dark green/black, light green/black, and green/yellow.

Lastly, here is a piece for the original steering wheel. The dirty yellow connector to the left plugs into the plug in the previous picture. The white thing where the upside down S is looks torn so maybe that's why my horn won't work. But my nismo wheel doesnt work either...
