I've had my car for almost 2 years and never really paid attention to this since I rarely use it: why is my horn so soft??? I canb arely hear it in the car w/o music, and I'm sure other drives can't hear it. Is there something wrong? Or is this the way the 240s were made. When I say soft I mean really soft, the same loudness level as normal human speech.

240's horns weren't made that way, mine is really loud. If I'm in the garage working on the interior and hit the horn by accident it scares the crap outta me.

You may have a high and low horn in your car make sure they are both hooked up.

NISTECH, how do I make sure they're both hooked up? I am at a loss right now.

I think the horns on your car are in the bump[I believe not 100%] but if you look up in the bumper skin on the right side[???] you should be able to see their connectors and make sure they are connected if they are you can unplug them and manually jump power to them see if they both work.
