Hey folks,
so one day my horn decided to get stuck on. Horn blaring away, I removed the fuse and temporarily fixed the problem. I went back to it a few months later hoping maybe something settled, but the second i put the fuse in the horn goes wild. And this is after taking apart the steering column and disconnecting all the wires down there. Now Im no electrician, so this is giving me a lot of trouble. I cant imagine what is going on here.... Can anyone help?

I'd guess one of your wires is shorted out somewhere (like the positive wire to the horn is shorted to another positive wire), or if there is a relay, the relay could be stuck.

Check the relay that is bolted to the bottom of the steering column under the dash, it's gold colored. Also, pop the steering wheel center thingy off and make sure everything looks normal there
