Horn Stopped Working After Cluster Removal

So Last week i had to change my Cluster bulbs, Was told easiest way to get the trim around it out is to drop the collum, Everyone said dont worry how far down it goes it wont do any damage. Well i just brought it down enough to get the cluster trim out. Now that its all back together and a few days later i went to use the horn and Nothing. Pinched wire maybe?

Fixed, Wires corroded at the connector. ha
