?Horn problem?

My horn dont work when i press it but when the factory alarm goes off it beeps??...... Another thing, Only when i turn on my light n stept on the breaks the light on the dash goes on, N all my breaks lights work???

My guess on the horn is the switch in the steering wheel pad is bad.

The light thing could be a bulb is going out , but just not out yet. I believe it reads the amp load to decide if a bulb is out. A failing bulb or corroded socket will change that value.
