Horn, power windows, headlight, tail light all doesn't work!

i changed my battery and we accidently put the positive to the negative, dumb mistake, but now we fixed it and all this doesnt work: head lights don't go up, horn doesn't work, power windows don't work, cluster doesn't turn on, rpm and spd gauges doesn't work. help! what to do thanks?

tomorrow we're going to get some of those big fuse/relay the ones that is located in the engine bay, hope those will fix them. anyone have this experience? i'm kinda pissed what do i check with the ecu?

Done that by mistake and it turned out that I blew the 75A fuse in the fuse block near the battery. I can't get to my car to check but I think it's the ignition fuse. I happened to have an extra fuse block laying around so after I replaced it everything worked just fine. If you can get to a junkyard pull two(keep an extra in the toolbox).

There are also some fusible links that you may have burned out. If the main fuse doesnt work, check for those links.

i changed the 75A fuse and everything works now!!!! yay but more problems. Now my clock doesn't show sometimes wtf m8?!? why? and even though i have a new battery the battery light stays on. hmm..

Check the alternator and your belts...anybody else? I lost an alternator belt once and the light popped on but my battery was also draining.

yup most likely blew a fuse....they are sensitive
