1980 720 with power from horn relay to spring loaded contact in turn switch, but will not work when horn pad is pushed. Removed steering wheel and found no contact from horn ring on back of wheel to copper contact buttons on front of wheel. There is however, contact between copper buttons and splined center casting of wheel. How in hell is the relay supposed to energize with no contact between horn contact ring and spring loaded horn push plate? Do I need a new steering wheel? Thanks in advance for any help.
