Horn fuse blowing out

Hi folks,

Been a member for quite sometime and enjoying the information (I am an info hog).

The small issue (with my otherwise perfect 92 G50) is that the horn fuse - which also powers cruise control - keeps blowing out. I suspect it may be due to a short cicruit, but where do I begin to look? (when a new fuse is plugged in, both horn and cruise control work for some period of time before the fuse blows out)
