I must be dumb or something. I've searched and looked the the manual for the how to on this but cant figure it out. My passenger headlight seems to be shooting to the right more than the driver side. I'm starting to think that they are supposed to be that way. (away from traffic?) Someone help me out. Can you adjust it like it shows in the service manual?

In case nobody said this yet, Welcome to NicoClub!
I took the black beast out last night, paying special attention to what you described. I have to agree with your observation. My passenger headlamp seems to illuminate a wider radius and less downward around the right corner of the car than does my driver headlamp. I think that is intentional. The driver side is supposed to shine forward but not so wide as to send light in the left direction towards oncoming traffic, and slightly downward not so as to blind drivers with glare. The passenger headlamp has a wider radius and that helps illuminate the road signs, corners, etc.
Our headlamps also have auto-leveling systems so the roadway in front of you will 'seem' to be illuminated differently than any cars that do not have this technology. They automatically focus with a more precise aim. You can see this if you stand in front of your car and have someone else start the car. The lights will move up and down, and side to side, very quickly as they align themselves. As you already noticed, our headlamps also pivot as the steering wheel turns (passneger pivots right for right turns, driver pivots left for left turns). I love the way my M illuminates the road, but I will likely scream bloody murder if I have to replace the units as a new replacement cost about $850 for each side !
