im new to independent suspension, formerly i just drifted my corrola with the solid rear end. I noticed, for example, a dounut, after i disengage the clutch, my rear end "hops". could you help my out? i have a s14, stock vlsd, and tein hyper flex coilovers. this doesn't seem to be a problem when i have speed, but more just at stand stills or launches, any feed back would be much appreciated, like common problems, and the fix. thank you

I can't say for sure about the s14 but the s13 has problems with the soft subframe bushings going out. My s13 rear end hops whenever I accelerate too hard into a corner. Check the bushings that connect the subframe to the chasis, one of the most common suspension fixes are subframe spacers.

to get rid of that porblem just get subframe spacers.....they are really cheap and easy to install
