Hooking up my harness

ok guys i just got my harness in the mail and i am hooking it up. I have some ?'s for you guys. I have connected everything that i can see that needs to be connected but i still have lot of connecters on the harness that are not connected....is this ok I cant seem to find any other connecters on the engine or in the bay. Please give me some help..

hmm, what about the lower engine harness? or the transmission harness? though for the latter there are only 1 or 2 connections. i dont think there should be any left over. look harder and use the fsm wiring diagram and such.

i got the transmission and lower engine harness done. i have like 7 connectors left over...2 will be used for things that i do know but still that leaves like 5.....1 should go to powersteering...not using it. one should go to ac fan...i will figure it out but if anyone can help me by telling me a number of connecters that are not used that would be great
