I Pod hook up for 2006 sl w/ bose & 6cd?

i have a 2006 altima with navigation and bose 6 cd. i plan on hooking up an i pod connection to my car. i heard there are a couple ways to do it but i was wondering if anyone had possibly tried it and if anyone had any suggestions on which way to go???
