i'm just wondering since the remote turn on wire(the blue wire) is already hooked to the Bose amp how should i connect the blue wire on my new amp for the subs. do i have to do the thing with the relay or can i just splice the wire and attach the wire on the new amp something like the pic i drew [IMG][/IMG]

D,The splice is fine. The remote wire is live when the head unit is active, so it's just voltage to signal the amp to turn on.Did you get that power wire run through the firewall yet?

You can run the power wire down the drivers side. Back of the engine bay in the far corner (behind the drivers strut tower) there is an area to pass a power wire into the wheel well. From the wheel well you can have access to the rubber donut that all the wires pass through into the interior (behind the fuse box under the dash).

You will need to pop out a portion of the inner-fender liner to get at it, but there is no cutting and no holes needed this way.
