Hooking a Sub up to the Stock Bose Headunit

Apologies if this is a repost. I am just wondering if its possible to hook a Amp and Sub up to the stock Bose headunit. Its a 2002 LE with the RDS 6 disk unit. I would prefer to keep it stock looking. Im getting the sub and amp for free and dont want to have to change out the Headunit.

this doesnt much answer your question... but i STRONGLY advise you upgrade the head unit. Doing that alone would make the world of difference... believe me.

Yeah I had that setup for a while I just tapped into the wiring in the trunk.

Can you please let me know how you did that? I've seen the stock amp in the driver side rear quarter panel before. This seems like the best setup for me.

Yeah I will have to do some digging to find the wiring diagram, does your amplifier have a speaker level input?

Look into a PAC AOEM-NIS1 if you simply want RCA outputs from the factory system.
